The maintenance of one's health consists of much more than doctor's visits. The majority of health maintenance is done at home, outside of our office. Patients, not doctors, decide whether or not to take their medicine, to regularly exercise, and to eat the right foods.      Running Towards Good Health
George Raley used to weigh 280 pounds, but when he began running every day and watching what he ate, he quickly lost over 100 pounds. Now he's run several competitive races (including a few half-marathons), finishing with excellent times.
